IMPORTANT NOTE:
Individual Registration Team Bond Contribution- Individual registrations may be expected to contribute toward the Team Fine Retainer Bond. Depending on the total # of players that are on the team or of the team captain is covering this alone, the amount will differ from team to team but will never be over $10 and will come back to you at the end of the season. Explaination below.

The $200 deposit is divided into 2 purposes. $100 applies toward the team balance (total depends on # of players) and the other $100 is held as a "league fine Bond". This Bond must remain at $100 through the entire season and will be given back to the team/captain after the teams final game. The $100 will be used if the team incurs an unannounced forfeit thus owing the opposing team a $50 bar tab or if the team misses a Line Judging Assignment and owes the OCSSC Officials $50. With this Bond the OCSSC will be able to award the receiving team their "Bar Tab" that day! Any amounts that come out of the Bond MUST be replenished before 12:00 noon on the following friday or the teams game on Saturday will be a Called Forfeit. A "Called Forfeit" is one that is announced to the OCSSC before Noon on friday, allowing the OCSSC to inform the opposing team that they have been forfeited to. In this case there is NO $ penalty - but the team IS still responsible for any Line Judge Assignment!
If the Bond is NOT replenished within 11 days of levy, the team will be removed from the Season Schedule with NO refunds!

When everything goes smooth - At the end of the season each team will receive $100 back!

For the consideration of participation in the Orange County Sport & Social Club, including all related leagues, events, and activities (hereinafter the “OCSSC”), I , the undersigned, for myself, my heirs, executors, successors, and administrators (hereinafter “Member”), hereby agree that Member will not make a claim against, sue, attack the property of, or prosecute the OCSSC, including, but not limited to it’s agents, subcontractors, employees, directors, officers, and affiliates (hereinafter “Releasees”). Member understands that sports involve physical contact between players, that serious accidents occasionally occur during such sporting activities, and that participants in such sporting activities occasionally sustain serious personal injuries and/or property damage. As a consequence thereof, knowing the risk of participation, Member hereby agrees to assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees and to assume full responsibility for Member’s participation in the OCSSC. Member hereby fully releases and discharges the Releasees from any and all present or future claims and demands of whatever nature or in any way growing out of personal injuries, property damage, or other loss resulting from participation in the OCSSC. Member acknowledges that the Releasees are not responsible for the condition of any playing field and or equipment and releases and waives all claims against the Releasees for any injury, damage, or loss that many arise there from. Member’s signature below certifies that Member understands, consents, and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities incident to Member’s participating in the OCSSC, even if arising from the negligence of the OCSSC or other participants in the OCSSC. Member agrees that it is Member’s personal responsibility to adhere to all rules and regulations and accept them as a participant in the OCSSC. Member’s signature further certifies that to the best of Members knowledge and belief, Member has no physical or mental restriction that would prohibit participation in the OCSSC.
